Tim Santos

Timothy M. Santos, Project Manager for Holmes and McGrath, Inc. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mr. Santos is a Registered Professional Engineer, a Soil Evaluator and a Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Since receiving his Bachelors degree, Mr. Santos has worked for the firm of Holmes and McGrath, Inc. He has worked his way through the company from junior engineer to project manager. He has been involved in the design of civil engineering projects of all types.

Included among those projects are the following:

  • Complete conceptual and final designs for the Site Plans for five various CVS pharmacies on Cape Cod
  • Assisted in the construction and operation of the RUCK CFT wastewater treatment facility at the Woodlands Condominium in Lunenburg, MA. Mr. Santos was jointly responsible for operations of the RUCK CFT system and troubleshooting problems as the situation arose. This is the largest RUCK CFT system constructed anywhere and represented a unique opportunity in Mr. Santos's experience.
  • Assisted in the design, preparation of plans and specifications for the ring road at the Quissett Campus of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Woods Hole, MA.
  • Complete conceptual and final designs for a 44,000 GPD RUCK CFT Wastewater Treatment Plant for a 136 Lot Subdivision in Yarmouth, MA.

Mr. Santos is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Massachusetts Water Pollution Control Association.
